Summer City Fitness series returning to MLK park
The exercise courses are open to folks of all ages and exercise stages.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Wanting for a entertaining way to get some workout this summer? The City of Buffalo introduced that its series of free dance fitness lessons are returning to Martin Luther King, Jr. Park this summer months.
The popular “Summer season City Physical fitness” plan is in its seventh yr.
The physical fitness courses are 1 hour long and are held each Saturday at 10 a.m. in close proximity to the statue at MLK Park. The lessons formally kick off on June 4 and go on just about every Saturday nevertheless August 27, other than on July 2.
