The Greenway hosts free of charge and open health courses by way of the summer time for folks of all exercise qualities.
Each weekday this summer, the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy hosts no cost exercise lessons at many areas together the Greenway. There are also some Saturday and Sunday courses, and conditioning alternatives contain yoga, HIIT, Zumba, bodyweight circuit, and labyrinth walking, offered by fitness studios in the course of the town.
Courses are put on by corporations like Healthworks, B/Spoke Studios, and Parkour Generations Boston. Plan highlights include things like HIIT courses by Healthworks on Mondays, intro to parkour courses on Tuesdays, Train X by B/Spoke on Wednesdays, and mild and Vinyasa yoga on Thursdays. There are even labyrinth strolling lessons some Wednesdays at Armenian Heritage Park.
The Greenway also hosts a lineup of 1-time health events, like a pop-up parkour playground on Aug. 27 with Parkour Generations, and an all-concentrations yoga class on Aug. 6.
